I have been using Dr. Robinson for over 10 years. Her and her staff are very professional and understanding of your situation. The prices are reasonable and they are up front about costs. I highly recommend Healing Paws.

They charge double for what other vets charge. After my dog got his annual shots and I was told everything was caught up, I tried to kennel with HP. The vet said I had to give my dog a flu shot first. Why wasn’t this part of the annual? I’ve owned dogs for 50 years and NEVER has a groomer or boarder required a flu shot. This vet is only interested in making as much money as possible. When my shi tsu had an eye infection the only course given by this vet was to remove the eye! Whatever is most expensive is what you get. Terrible.

I have alot of problems with getting my dogs nails trimmed I've had to go back and forth with different vets just to get his nail trimmed. I thought healing paws was doing a good job last time they did it so I called them right they told me straight up they would no longer see Saturn and that he was no longer allowed in there facility I asked them why and they told me point blank I was no longer allowed there I think I deserve a explanation since the last time we were there was not very long ago I'm very upset with this to me healing paws should be shut down if they will only see certain patients and not give me a good reason why I'm very disappointed with them be careful where you take your pet your there voice.😭😡😡😡😡😡😡

This is the only vet I will take my animals to in Springfield! They are so kind and helpful, I love that they are a fear free vet and they make the visits so much easier for my dog and cat both. They try to stick within your price range as much as possible while also giving the best care to your pet, and it feels as if everyone you talk to there genuinely cares !
