I took my cat here 2 days ago. It cost me $392.00 to diagnose a little inflammation. It was $90 just to schedule the appointment which is non-refundable if you cancel within 24 hours. My PCP doesn't even charge nearly that much. Then what really made me mad was that I was charged $15.22 to use my credit card. I was told by the receptionist at the appointment that she wasn't sure but thought it was a fee from my CC company?? She didn't know?. Turns out, it wasn't my CC company. Then the billing manager called me and told me it took extra steps to use this card and the reason that the receptionist didn't know was because it was a training issue. Someone in training should be asking questions or have someone with them who can answer. I was told someone would check on my cat but in two days, not a peep. Also on the phone with them this morning about billing, nobody even asked how he was doing. What a racket. I wish I could make $392 for 45 min to diagnose inflammation. It's all about the $$$$$$$$$. They just lost me and my 2 cats.

They always take such good care of my Maui. They always reply fast, get appointments done thoroughly, and always make sure she is doing good. They always check up on us which is a nice touch. I’ve been coming for years and won’t go anywhere else. They treat Maui as if she’s their own.

They are a friendly & compassionate clinic. I appreciate how thorough they are & the level of care they provide. I’ve brought both of my dogs here several times. They are prompt in getting back to you, and always get you in (urgent visits). I also appreciate that they give you cost estimates of the services they recommend. I do not feel guilty about saying no if It’s not in my budget either. Lastly, I trust them wholeheartedly which is priceless!!
