I showed up on time for my appointment. I waited awhile for them to take my dog. They told me they’d call when he (dog) was ready. I don’t live close by so I decided to wait in the parking lot because I didn’t want to waste the gas. I waited THREE HOURS for just a wellness checkup. On top of that there was issues at the front desk I had to deal with. Don’t bring your dog to this Petco veterinary clinic. Go to a real one.

I’d never had a bad experience with this practice until I brought my cat in to have some bumps on her head examined. Not only did the vet insult my intelligence and provide generally terrible service, I also ended up with fleas in my house after the visit. Since my cat is entirely indoor, has never had fleas, and I have no other pets, the timing is pretty suspicious. If you want to pay over $70 be treated disrespectfully and then deal with fleas as a bonus, highly recommend.
