I have been taking my two dogs here since we moved to Springfield a little over a year ago. This clinic is very accommodating and professional. Everyone is very kind and knowledgeable. They communicate well and are easy to work with. I rate them 10 out of 10, no complaints!

Dr. Berlin and her staff are wonderful! They are compassionate and professional. They have taken great care of my two dogs for many years. One of them is having some additional problems right now and they have been excellent. I appreciate their educational approach and excellent communication.

Super kind and professional team! We started with them because they are certified to complete international health certs for pets. Sadly it wasn’t a good fit for one of our cats since he needs an owner with him to stay calm and it doesn’t fit with their insurance ability but the staff was very kind. The vet was super sweet and very knowledgeable on the needs and timeline, wish it would have worked out but would 100% recommend them on their staff alone. Even when we weren’t able to complete with them they still offered a refund for the services and helped us find a fear free clinic that would accommodate our cats needs. He’s my esa and I really needed a clinic that could allow me to stay with him and hold him. Just wanna thank them again and say that I appreciate beyond words the staff’s professionalism and care, they truly care about the health both mental and physical of the pets and owners.
