Never gives helpful advice. Always dismissed your concerns or puts you on old right away. The first thing you hear when you walk in is "I'll be with you in a moment" not even a hi. Every time I've ever called them they aren't helpful. They can't take payments for THEIR payment plans, they can answer health questions and always direct to the homecare line instead, and even when they say there are open they are closed for a meeting! Even when you are concerned about your animals health they don't try to help you right away.. instead they make you wait a week for an appointment. On top of this, I have been told that there groomer is going to call me back for over a year now!! I have called every month and she is either on vacation or gone or not accepting animals. I have never once received a call back. Every signal time I bring up this concern and they say, oh, don't worry, I'll leave a sticky note and I'll make a reminder. And I'll email her, and I still don't hear back. I am so over this vet. They are lazy and don't care about your pet or concerns.

I would give them 10 stars if it let me!! I can not praise every single person that works here from receptionist to vet asst to the Vets enough. They absolutely go out of their way to ensure your babies are healthy and well. I had an emergency with my Yorkie, who had delivered 2 pups that morning, that did not survive. As you can imagine I was a mess emotionally and physically along with my baby Bella, the minute the doors opened we walked in with no appt and they made sure she was not in any danger. They emotionally supported me and made sure Bella was okay. This facility has some of the most compassionate and professional staff. They have earned the trust of this family for life!!!! Thank you VCA staff for everything

Dr. Scott is amazing and her assistant I wanna say Mrs. Claire if I'm wrong about her name I'm sorry but they are both calm and gentle.

I was 9 minutes late. They canceled my appointment with out even asking why. FIRST appointment. They didn't even ask why. Not very welcome introduction. Rescheduled but called back to cancel Held for a long time. What about my time?

Fantastic vets, nurses and environment. My very shy easily started cat Sal was made very comfy and was quite relaxed. dr driscoll has a great way with animals 😊
